GENERAL CONDITIONS

Fotmedia's competition photography service offers a complete report of the athlete's participation in competitions, through prior booking before the event. It does not allow for the sale of individual photographs, nor bookings after the event, as during the competition we focus on taking photos for our clients. The athlete can choose from the following packages:

The fee is for the complete report of the entire participation. It includes all events and potential awarding of the athlete.

*If for any reason, either on our part or the athlete's part, we are unable to deliver a comprehensive report, a proportional discount will be applied so that the total cost of the report does not exceed the price per photo indicated in the previous price table.

Return Policy

The product offered is the complete report. It is not possible to purchase individual photos.

Payment of the agreed amount grants access to the agreed photos. Once access to the photos is granted, it is not possible to refund the paid amount.

Fotmedia grants usage rights of the photographs for the athlete's personal use. The photos remain the property of Fotmedia.

If you wish to acquire a license for commercial use of the images, please contact us directly. Granting a license for commercial interests or commercial use is not possible through our website and is only possible through a separate agreement.
